MISC Agencies (Australia) Pty Ltd is looking for an Operations & Logistics Officer. Based in our Fremantle Office, you will be reporting to the State/Sales Manager and responsible for:

• Monitor stock levels and movements on a daily basis
• Ensuring necessary container repairs and maintenance are arranged
• Prepare forecast reports, including projections of container shortages/surpluses
• Coordinate transport services via road and rail
• Report arrivals and departure details
• Understudy the Ship Husbandry function.
• Coordinate operational requirements with Contractors and Statutory Authorities.

Successful applicants must have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Applicants must have their current driver’s license and access to their own transport This position is an entry level position with no shipping experience necessary.
