International Chamber of Shipping launches CII data collection system

The Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) is within a formal review, which is due to complete by 1st January 2026.

During this period, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has invited Interested Member States and international organisations to collect data and submit information and proposals for CII system improvements. ICS wishes to engage constructively with this process, and therefore invites ship owners and ship managers to submit data via the below forms, which are for the 2023 reporting period. Updated versions for 2024 will be available via this web page in due course.
