Do you need help/advice about importing/exporting something?

You need a freight forwarder to help you. You might also need the help of a customs broker. Contact our friends at the International Forwarders & Customs Brokers Association of Australia here. Moving your cargo into / out of Australia is literally the main business of IFCBAA members. One of their members will mostly likely be able to help you.

Shipping Australia cannot help you to, or advise you how to, import or export anything into or out of Australia regardless of whether you are looking to move products, goods, services, commodities, vehicles, boats, or cargo of any other kind.

You might also benefit from help and advice from Austrade, the official Australian government agency focused on Australian trade. Visit www.austrade.gov.au.
