Shipping Australia met with other members of the shipping community this morning at the regular NSW Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (Australia) breakfast.
Held once a month, representatives from Swire Shipping, Norton White, Aurecon, and Shipping Australia gathered for coffee and breakfast, this time around at the “The Ground,” in the Galleries, Sydney.
Guests – who were hosted by Aph Barton (NSW WISTA representative), and who works for Swire Shipping, talked about the potential impact of automation and emerging technology in shipping on the training and capability development of seafarers.
