The Australian Border Force has released a new set of information guidance on the powers of officers in seaports and the international supply chain. It explains the operations and activities of the ABF supply chain division, which entities are affected, what places ABF officers can access, what ABF officers can access and what they can do in terms of entry of premises, questioning of various categories of persons, stopping vehicles, giving directions as to the movement of goods and who can be arrested.
