Well known liner shipping company Pacific Asia Express Pty Ltd has advised that it has changed its name to PIL Australia Pty Ltd effective 12 July 2023.
Marketing and other external material will complete the name change by 21 July 2023, the company says.
Established in 1990, Pacific Asia Express Pty Ltd has a long association as agents for Pacific International Lines (PIL) in Australia. The management team remains unchanged.
“We are excited with this rebranding which will further strengthen our market position under a single
brand identity in Australia,” the company said in a statement, adding that it would like to take this opportunity to thank the industry for its continued support.
Important details such as ABN / ACN, contracts, contacts, and other such information remains unchanged.
PIL Australia will continue to act as agents for PIL and Mariana while the agency for Toyofuji Shipping will now be handled by Coastalbridge.
PIL Australia advises that if there are any questions or need for clarification, then advice should be sought from a local office.
