Shipping Australia meets with Nine Squared in national freight charges consultation

Shipping Australia today met with economic consultant, NineSquared, which has been engaged as part of a national consultation on landside freight charges.

We had a productive discussion today and Shipping Australia advocated for more efficient supply chains, greater transparency, prevention of burden shifting, and action in relation to monopoly power. We were pleased to present a strong voice on behalf of Shipping Australia members to ensure their voice is heard at the national table as Australia’s freight and trade future takes shape.
